Os flavonoides<\/strong> s\u00e3o um grupo complexo de fitonutrientes, ou seja, compostos vegetais org\u00e2nicos, que est\u00e3o presentes em praticamente todas as frutas e legumes. S\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por cores brilhantes em frutas e legumes, assim como os caroten\u00f3ides. Dentro da fam\u00edlia dos flavonoides est\u00e3o os flavanols,<\/strong>dos quais falaremos abaixo.<\/p>\n

De facto, existem v\u00e1rios grupos importantes de flavonoides<\/a> onde flavonoides,<\/a>isoflavns, flavonones e antocanidinas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o encontrados. Mesmo dentro do subgrupo flavonol h\u00e1 mais subgrupos, e cada tipo de flavonoide tem o seu pr\u00f3prio conjunto de benef\u00edcios, a\u00e7\u00f5es e alimentos de origem.<\/p>\n

S\u00e3o considerados um tipo de nutriente vegetal, presente em muitos alimentos e bebidas. Estes incluem principalmente ch\u00e1, cacau, mirtilos e ma\u00e7\u00e3s. O que s\u00e3o flavanols?<\/h2>\n

Como j\u00e1 foi mencionado, os flavonoides s\u00e3o um subtipo de flavonoides, ou seja, um grupo de produtos qu\u00edmicos. Nem todos sabem que os flavon\u00f4is est\u00e3o presentes numa grande diversidade de alimentos, frutas e bebidas.
