Il convient de mentionner que lorsque les lipides amphiphiles entrent en contact avec un environnement aqueux, ces v\u00e9sicules se forment. Les liposomes peuvent transporter \u00e0 la fois des substances hydrophiles et lipophiles.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, la structure des phospholipides est la suivante : les t\u00eates hydrophiles, qui ont une forte affinit\u00e9 pour l&#8217;eau, se trouvent \u00e0 une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la mol\u00e9cule, tandis que les cha\u00eenes hydrophobes, qui ont une faible affinit\u00e9 pour l&#8217;eau, se trouvent \u00e0 l&#8217;autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.
