Es ist erw\u00e4hnenswert, dass sich diese Vesikel bilden, wenn amphiphile Lipide mit einer w\u00e4ssrigen Umgebung in Kontakt kommen. Liposomen k\u00f6nnen sowohl hydrophile als auch lipophile Substanzen transportieren.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits ist die Struktur von Phospholipiden wie folgt: die hydrophilen K\u00f6pfe, mit einer starken Affinit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wasser, befinden sich an einem Ende des Molek\u00fcls, w\u00e4hrend die hydrophoben Ketten, mit einer geringen Affinit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wasser, am anderen Ende sind.
