Aliments rics en flavonoides<\/h2>\n

En pebre i taronja hi ha hesperidines. D’altra banda, trobem kaempferol en br\u00f2quil, porros, r\u00e0dio, remolatxa vermella, endibias andronja. Els cianades es troben en rave, cireres, maduixes i mores.<\/p>\n

Vitamina C i flavonoides<\/h2>\n

Els flavonoides s\u00f3n compostos que van ser descoberts per Szen-Gyergy, Premi<\/strong>Nobel. El 1930, va ser capa\u00e7 d’a\u00efllar la citrina, una subst\u00e0ncia responsable de regular la permeabilitat dels seus capil\u00b7lars, de la closca d’una llimona.<\/p>\n

Inicialment, aquests compostos es deia vitamina P. Tamb\u00e9 com vitamina C2 despr\u00e9s que es va trobar que alguns d’ells contenien propietats molt similars a la vitamina C.<\/p>\n
