No obstant aix\u00f2, les persones ara usen amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia el terme “opioide” per referir-se a tots aquests medicaments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Si una persona \u00e9s dependent o addicta a un opiaci o subst\u00e0ncia opioide espec\u00edfica, ja sigui receptada per un metge o obtinguda il\u00b7legalment, canviar un nou opiaci o opioide pot ajudar-lo a mantenir la seva depend\u00e8ncia o addicci\u00f3.<\/p>\n Substituir un opiaci o opioide per un altre, en altres paraules, pot ajudar a alleujar els s\u00edmptomes d’abstin\u00e8ncia.
