A grans trets <strong>la farmacocin\u00e8tica \u00e9s el que fa el cos amb les drogues.<\/strong> Descriu l&#8217;absorci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3, metabolisme i excreci\u00f3 de compostos. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que moltes vegades quan anem al metge i se&#8217;ns prescriu un medicament sempre ens fan algunes preguntes que pretenen detectar si hi ha algun dels nostres treballs interns que poden afectar la farmacocin\u00e8tica del f\u00e0rmac que anem a prendre. Per exemple, si tenim problemes renals, hep\u00e0tics o de circulaci\u00f3 que interferiran amb la circulaci\u00f3 normal de la droga a trav\u00e9s del nostre cos.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, quan parlem de farmacocin\u00e8tica, ens centrem en l&#8217;estudi de l&#8217;entrada i sortida de la droga en el nostre cos.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217; entrada:<\/h3>\n<p>Quan entra una subst\u00e0ncia \u00e9s important saber de quina manera entra i a quina velocitat. Les vies d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 m\u00e9s comunes s\u00f3n orals i intravenoses.
