Facultat de Medicina de la Universitat de Louis<\/a>, Allyn Howlett i William Devane van determinar que el cervell dels mam\u00edfers compta amb certs <a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca?p=86723\" title=\"Receptores cannabinoides\">receptors cannabinoides<\/a> (CB1R) que reaccionen als compostos trobats a les plantes del cannabis. El 1990, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/346561a0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">equip cient\u00edfic liderat per Lisa Matsuda va aconseguir cartografiar la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;ADN d&#8217;un<\/a> d&#8217;aquests receptors de cannabinoides al cervell. Els experiments es van dur a terme amb ratolins modificats gen\u00e8ticament que no tenien el receptor acoblat a prote\u00efnes G: Efectivament, el cannabidiol THC que es va administrar a aquests ratolins no va tenir cap efecte, demostrant aix\u00ed que el THC <a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca\/beneficis\/lefecte-del-cbd-sobre-el-cervell\" title=\"Efecto CBD cerebro\">activa receptors de cannabinoides en el cervell.<\/a> Durant aquest mateix estudi es va identificar un altre receptor de cannabinoides que va ser bautitzat com CB2R i est\u00e0 present en diferents teixits de tot el nostre cos predominant en el sistema immunitari i el sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Tenint ja diversos receptors cannabinoides identificats CB1R i CB2R, tot indicava que <strong>a cada mam\u00edfer hi ha un complex entramat de receptors cannabinoides que reaccionen amb <a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca?p=86735\" title=\"Endocannabinoides qu\u00e9 son\">endocannabinoides<\/a> produ\u00efts naturalment en el nostre organisme<\/strong>. Aquest \u00e9s el sistema endocannabinoide i es troba no nom\u00e9s en el sistema nervi\u00f3s i el cervell, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 hi ha evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica que els <a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Human-CB1-Receptor-Isoforms-present-in-Hepatocytes-and-%CE%B2-cells-are-Involved-in-Regulating-Metabolism.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mam\u00edfers tenen receptors de cannabinoides en altres teixits org\u00e0nics com el fetge i el p\u00e0ncrees.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En aquest article parlarem del <strong>receptor cannabinoide i <\/strong>tamb\u00e9 del sistema <strong>endocannabinoide.<\/strong> De fet, l&#8217;ECS \u00e9s considerat un complex sistema de senyalitzaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular, que va ser descobert a principis de la d\u00e8cada de 1990 per cient\u00edfics que investigaen el THC.<\/p>\n<p>Com sabem, el THC \u00e9s un conegut cannabinoide, ja que \u00e9s un compost que est\u00e0 present en el c\u00e0nnabis. \u00c9s important tenir en compte que els investigadors encara estan tractant d&#8217;entendre plenament el sistema endocannabinoide, aix\u00ed <strong>com els receptors de cannabinoides,<\/strong>incl\u00f2s el receptor CB1. El que se sap fins ara \u00e9s que t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en la regulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una \u00e0mplia gamma de funcions i processos en els nostres organismes, incloent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/li>\n<li>Reproducci\u00f3 i fertilitat<\/li>\n<li>Qualitat del son<\/li>\n<li>Gana<\/li>\n<li>Mem\u00f2ria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s interessant esmentar que el sistema endocannabinoide (ECS) existeix, i est\u00e0 actiu en el nostre cos, fins i tot sense necessitat d&#8217;utilitzar c\u00e0nnabis. No obstant aix\u00f2, d&#8217;altra banda, les aplicacions emp\u00edriques i els experiments dels \u00faltims anys han aconseguit trencar aquestes barreres <a title=\"Estudios cient\u00edficos sobre los beneficios del CBD\" href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca\/estudis-cientifics-sobre-els-beneficis-del-cbd\">perqu\u00e8 la ci\u00e8ncia pugui desxifrar per qu\u00e8 es descriuen aquests efectes positius a l&#8217;hora de consumir certs cannabinoides.<\/a> El mercat de <a title=\"Crecimiento del mercado de aceites CBD\" href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca\/datos\/creixement-del-mercat-del-oli-de-cbd\">derivats de c\u00e0nnabis est\u00e0 en auge i s&#8217;espera<\/a> que es mogui fins a $ 22 mil milions en els propers anys.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/10392859\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">S&#8217;han trobat receptors cannabionoides<\/a>en el g\u00e8nere Hydra, un organisme molt primitiu, de manera que <strong>els cient\u00edfics senten que el sistema endocannabinoide t\u00e9 m\u00e9s de 500 milions d&#8217;anys d&#8217;antiguitat en la<\/strong> hist\u00f2ria de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>Com funciona el sistema endocannabinoide (ECS)? Es tracta b\u00e0sicament de mol\u00e8cules que produeix el nostre cos, i que s\u00f3n molt similars als cannabinoides que es troben en el c\u00e0nnabis. Fins ara, els investigadors han pogut identificar dos endocannabinoides clau, que s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca\/datos\/cbd-i-anandamida\" title=\"Anandamida\">Anandamida<\/a> (AEA)<\/li>\n<li>2-araquidonoilglycerol (2-AG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ambdues mol\u00e8cules tenen com a objectiu ajudar a mantenir les funcions internes dels nostres organismes sense conflicte. Una cosa important a tenir en compte \u00e9s que el nostre cos produeix endocannabinoides segons sigui necessari. De fet, es troben per tot el nostre cos. La funci\u00f3 dels receptors \u00e9s<strong> unir-se amb els endocannabinoides per dir-li al sistema endocannabinoide que actu\u00ef.<\/strong> En aquest cas s&#8217;han identificat dos receptors cannabinoides principals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El primer d&#8217;ells \u00e9s <strong>el receptor CB1,<\/strong>que podem trobar particularment en el sistema nervi\u00f3s central del nostre cos.<\/li>\n<li>El segon \u00e9s el <strong>receptor cb2<\/strong>, que en aquest cas es localitza principalment en el <a href=\"https:\/\/higeacbd.com\/ca\/malalties\/tics-nerviosos-i-cbd\" title=\"Tics nerviosos CBD\">sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/a> perif\u00e8ric del nostre cos, m\u00e9s espec\u00edficament en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules immunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed val la pena<strong> assenyalar que els endocannabinoides poden unir-se a qualsevol d&#8217;aquests dos receptors de cannabinoides.<\/strong> No obstant aix\u00f2, els efectes resultants depenen d&#8217;on es troba el receptor, aix\u00ed com el tipus d&#8217;endocannabinoide al qual s&#8217;uneix.<\/p>\n<p>En altres paraules, els endocannabinoides poden unir-se als receptors de cannabinoides cb1 en un nervi espinal, amb l&#8217;objectiu de proporcionar alleujament del dolor.
